1)    FACOR built temples, Catholic and Protestant churches and Shia & Sunni mosques in the township as well as outside of township in surrounding villages, which has helped in maintaining communal harmony.

2)     FACOR built a community Hall, named as SHREERAM KALYANAMANDAPAM, with a built up area of 9814 SFT on a land of 0.91 Acres.

3)    The society runs the community hall since 1981 for local public at nominal cost and runs the temples etc, with addional support from FACOR. 925 marriages and 370 receptions were performed till 2017.

Shreeram Officers’ Welfare society.

1)    FACOR built a modern building for Officers’ Club on a land of 2.00 Acres with a built up area of 11,279 SFT.

2)    The company has provided all the facilities such as floodlit Tennis Court, Billiards Room, Indoors shuttle court-cum-auditorium, Swimming Pool, Gym, besides a good library in the club.

3)    The officers of the company with their family members have recreation facility at his club.

4)    FACOR also provided Staff clubs for the benefit of its employees in the township. The officers Club members and the staff club members organize periodical tournaments in cricket and in other games every year.

FACOR works closely with local/ dist government in all its service activities. The welfare schemes such as Family Planning, adult education, blood donations besides multi specialty medical camps etc initiated by the government are always patronized and supported by the company.

In seventies, responding to the call of the then Prime Minster Mrs. Indira Gandhi, the company started an exclusive community development wing on company pay roll and adopted two neighboring villages and undertook comprehensive development of these villages in the areas of roads development, drainage facilities, water supply, medical treatment, vocational training of the residents, guiding them to take bank loans for self employment schemes etc.
